Any part of your vehicle, other than those specified in paragraph 3 to paragraph 14 of this service book, manufactured or supplied by BRZ MOTO, in which, during normal use and timely service, a design or manufacturing defect was detected during the warranty period. NOT covered under warranty
The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover the following cases:

NOISE CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY
The following warranty covers the noise control system and is in addition to the BRZ MOTO General Warranty and Emissions Control Guarantee. Motorcycle owner warned that the law forbids:
Use of the vehicle after any device or element structures have been removed or disabled.

2. Removing or puncturing any part of the air intake system.
3. Failure to perform maintenance as prescribed in the user manual.
4. Replacement of any parts of the exhaust system or air intake with parts other than Tex recommended by BRZMOTO ,
The following items are HE covered by the noise control system WARRANTY:
1. Malfunctions that occur as a result of misuse, alteration or accident.
2. Replacement, removal or modification of any part of the noise control system (consisting of M3 exhaust system and air intake) parts that are not certified as noisy for outdoor use.
3. BRZ MOTO is not responsible for injury, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss or other incidental or consequential damages.
WARRANTY COVERED
The emission control system warranty only covers the following: "warranty parts".

WARRANTY IS NOT COVERED
Incorrect or improper maintenance.
Damage due to accident, natural disasters or other events not dependent on BRZ MOTO .
As a motorcycle owner, you are responsible for performing the necessary maintenance as outlined in your motorcycle manual. BRZMOTO recommends that you keep all service receipts for your motorcycle. You are responsible for presenting your motorcycle to a BRZ MOTO dealer as soon as there will be a problem. Warranty repairs must be completed within a reasonable time and not exceeding 30 days. You should also be aware that BRZ MOTO may deny you a warranty if your motorcycles or his part of the motorcycle has failed due to misuse, negligent handling, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. The CO emission control system of every new BRZ MOTO has been designed built and tested using only genuine BRZ factory parts MOTO and with these parts the motorcycle is certified as compliant emissions control. We recommend using only genuine factory parts. BRZ MOTO factory to repair, service or replace the emission control system. If non-factory original parts are used to repair your motorcycle spare parts, warranty claims may be denied. remember that the use of spare parts that do not match the factory original spare parts, may reduce the effectiveness of the emission control system or otherwise damage your motorcycle. If other than original BRZ spare parts MOTOs are used for maintenance, replacement or repair, you must obtain written guarantees that such spare parts, other than BRZ MOTO, have their manufacturer's guarantee that they will match the quality of the original spare parts BRZ MOTO parts for both performance and durability. The use of non-BRZ MOTO replacement parts will not void the warranty, if any, to other components, unless parts other than BRZ MOTO, He damage parts covered by the warranty. However, BRZ MOTO assumes no liability under this warranty with respect to any parts which are not original BRZ MOTO parts.
